Get off of me!!

Get off of me, fat!!

So I’ve been working out twice a day for the past week.  30 minutes of cardio combined with strength training that my trainer created for me.  I lost about 5lbs, maybe more.  Well, for the past two days, the scale has not moved!  I don’t understand what is going on but I’m so annoyed!  Is there anyone who can offer advice?  UGH.  I feel better, I look better, but why is the scale not moving?  I do not understand.  I’m eating a lot less (a bowl of Kashi after I workout and sliced turkey and a slice of organic cheese for dinner, apple slices for a snack)  I mean WTF?  I should still be losing yet the scale says “No, fat-ass, you’re not losing.”   Advice??

Take a deep breath and read a book or two on the dynamics of the human body.
For the mean time, know that five pounds of fat looks like a loaf of bread, whereas five pounds of muscle, which tends to appear with strength training, looks like a pound of lean meat (95% or more lean beef).
Also think of how long it took you to put on the weight, it should take that long to get rid of it maybe more.

And a quick f.y.i if you starve yourself, your body will go into a mode where it breaks done your muscles to continue going and when you tire out you will but on more fat. The more you exercise the more you need to eat, look up the diets of Olympic athletes.

Exercise routines and diets are not easy to balance without a lot of knowledge on functions of the your body.

If I had to give you advice, chill, learn a little about your body, then commit to something attainable.

    best of luck,
